Hello Live Music Supporters

Today the Culture Minister announced the Government's proposals for an
exemption for live gigs up to 100 people,

and the accompanying consultation,

Now we need to find some more ways to counter the objections from the
Police and Local Government Association, which will probably be put
forward in the consultation.

Also, we will be asking for a higher limit of 200 people and wider
coverage to include all non-licensed premises in our response to the
consultation.
